Liu Gefei , who graduated from People's university of China, obtains a master's degree. He was a manager of department of investment bank in a securities corporation. During this time, Liu directly joined the reconstruction of the shareholding system and stock issuing of some enterprises, helping it become a listed company in the stock market. Liu has rich experience in providing legal service for enterprises at home or abroad as a professional lawyer for many years. Zhang Lian , who graduated from school of law of Peking University, was the principal of the bureau of enterprises subjected to the logistics department of armed police. He was also the cadre of division of law consulting directly under the PLA General Political Department and principal of large corporation group as well as a professional lawyer for many years.
