In accordance with Notice No. 115 - 2003 of the General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), AQSIQ has formulated the Detailed Implementation Rules for the Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Imported Scrap Materials , which is hereby promulgated.
With effect as of today, receiving of applications for registration by overseas supplier enterprises may commence. Application materials should be posted to the following address:
